Through her 40-year career in the financial services industry, Heather has seen many changes — in consumer preferences, in the types of products and services that are available, in regulations and in the way business is conducted. The one thing, however, that has remained constant for Heather is her commitment to ensuring that clients enjoy the best possible experience and feel confident their best interests are being served.

Experience:

After a 29-year career with a major chartered bank, in the areas of administration, client service and sales, Heather saw a great opportunity to expand her ability to serve clients by joining Raymond James as a Financial Advisor Assistant in 2010.

Education:

To enable her to meet the needs of clients, Heather has completed the following courses:

  • Banking and Finance, Financial Accounting – Nova Scotia Community College
  • Canadian Securities Course
  • Conduct & Practices Handbook
  • Wealth Management Essentials
  • Interest & Involvement

In addition to her dedication to serving clients in a business capacity, Heather has many community interests that have kept her busy over the years. The following are examples of the diversity in her journey to fulfill her social responsibilities:

  • Past member and President Kentville Silver Gliders Skating Club
  • Currently Treasurer Canaan Community Association
